THE AUTUMN WIND (Tang Dynasty/Li Bai)

(Translated in prose by Capella Cao)

How cold the autumn wind,

How bright the autumn moon.

Fallen leaves gathered then blown away,

Black ravens already resting, yet startled by the bright moon.

How I wish I could be with you now, will we ever again?

Woe this moment, this night, my sorrowing heart.

秋风词

秋风清,

秋月明;

落叶聚还散,

寒鸦栖復惊。

相思相见知何日,

此时此夜难為情。
